Hello, and welcome to the booking page for appointments with Jojo.

I hold clinics in person at the Hidden Sacturary on Lymington High Street and also offer breathwork online. Online sessions are limited to 35 mins on Zoom but can run for 60 or 90 mins via FaceTime or WhatsApp Video. Prices are the same as the in person sessions. At The Hidden Sanctuary I mostly have appointments available on Fridays between 09:30 and 15:30 but if this doesn’t suit you then please send an email or message via WhatsApp, and I will see if there are any spots available on other days of the week.

Generally I suggest 60 minutes for a first booking, and then whatever feels right for you for following appointments, but if you prefer shorter to start with, that's fine too.

Payment & Cancellations
Payment for your session is required in advance. An invoice will be sent via email once your booking is confirmed. Please ensure payment is made at least 48 hours before your session. If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, a fee of 50% of the session cost will apply.
For same-day cancellations or no-shows, we kindly ask for your understanding that the full session fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.
Location
Find the John D Wood Estate agents, go around to the back entrance. Following signs for The Hidden Sanctuary enter the building from the back, then go up the stairs to the first floor. There is a waiting area outside the treatment rooms, make yourself comfortable and I will collect you at your appointment time.
