Hello, and welcome to the booking page for appointments with Jojo.

I hold clinics in person at the Hidden Sanctuary on Lymington High Street and also offer breathwork online via Zoom.
At The Hidden Sanctuary I mostly have appointments available on Fridays between 09:30 and 15:30 but if this doesn’t suit you then please send an email or message via WhatsApp, and I will see if there are any spots available on other days of the week.
Choose the length of time you'd like for an appointment and then hit the book now button below and message me with a time that is convenient for you.
Generally I suggest 60 minutes for a first booking, and then whatever feels right for you for following appointments, but if you prefer shorter to start with, that's fine too.

Payment & Cancellations Terms
Once a booking is placed, you will receive an automated email confirmation with your booking details. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the session start time, and a full refund will be given. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Location
Find the John D Wood Estate agents, go around to the back entrance. Following signs for The Hidden Sanctuary enter the building from the back, then go up the stairs to the first floor. There is a waiting area outside the treatment rooms, make yourself comfortable and I will collect you at your appointment time.
