I am a certified HeartMath coach and breathwork facilitator specialising in supporting high achieving individuals and teams regulate stress, improve focus, and build resilience. Drawing on my training with leaders in the field - including Kasper van der Meulen (MindLift / Wim Hof Academy), the HeartMath Institute, Ben Bidwell, and Patrick McKeown (Oxygen Advantage / Buteyko Clinic) I combine evidence-based tools with practical techniques that are easy to apply in daily life and at work.
In the experiences I provide, I demystify the science of the nervous system and breath, giving my clients tools to manage pressure, enhance energy, sharpen concentration, and access deeper states of calm.
