One to One
Private breathwork and performance coaching sessions are held in the beautiful and tranquil setting that is The Hidden Sanctuary in Lymington. I also offer online sessions Zoom.
Generally I suggest a 90min appointment for your first time, and then whatever feels right for you for following appointments.
Please read the health form below before booking to ensure you are aware of any contraindications for breathwork.

Payment & Cancellations Terms
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the session start time, and a full refund will be given. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Location
Find the John D Wood Estate agents, go around to the back entrance. Following signs for The Hidden Sanctuary enter the building from the back, then go up the stairs to the first floor. There is a waiting area outside the treatment rooms, make yourself comfortable and I will collect you at your appointment time.
